Customer Service Specialist

Location: Denton 

Hours: M-Th: 3-7pm
Sat: 8:30-11:30am
(times will change for summer session, June 23-July 24)
Start Date: Immediate
Pay Rate: $13-$15/hr and based on experience

The Customer Service Specialist position at SDC is a very important one! The CSS is the first point of contact with our families so they must have a smiling face, friendly demeanor, and love kids. They must possess the ability to work independently and be a self-starter. Skills in computer programs such as Microsoft Office are a must and being comfortable talking on the phone is required.
The CSS will be the main point of contact when on duty so they must be able to handle situations under pressure, be a problem solver, great communicator and leader.

Office Manager

Location: Denton & Decatur

Mon: 9am-3pm (Decatur)
Wed: 9am-3pm (Denton)
Fri: 9am-12pm (Decatur)
Start Date: flexible
Pay Rate: varies/based on experience

The SDC Office Manager will be handling accounts for SDC and SDC Fine Arts Academy.
Duties include:
-Working the front desk on M/W/F mornings to assist customers with registrations or questions
-Keeping accounts and running reports for retention and enrollment goals
-Costume organization: ordering, returns/exchanges, payments
-Trial follow ups
-Registration
-Ordering supplies
-Scheduling email reminders
-Monthly newsletter

The SDC Office Manager must be comfortable talking on the phone with customers and answering emails in a clear and concise manner. Attention to detail is a must and communication skills are essential as well as cash handling experience. Microsoft Office experience is required.

Personal Assistant to SDC Owner/Director

Location: Denton & Decatur

Hours vary
Start Date: Immediate
Pay Rate: varies/based on experience

The SDC Owner/Director is looking for a Personal Assistant. This is a unique position that requires a flexible schedule, positive attitude, and reliable transportation. The PA must be driven, willing to learn quickly, and detail oriented. Duties will include anything from running errands and doing random tasks to keeping a calendar for the Director and helping to plan events. Social media experience is a major plus (creating content and posting). Must be willing to travel to either location but the Decatur studio will need to be homebase majority of the time since this is where the Director resides.

Dance Instructor

Location: Denton & Decatur
